ELISA lab post

My ELISA project was incomplete because i could not think and decide what to do from the beginning. But in the end i drew a Lego type person and had it move with the arrow keys on the key bored. But it was incomplete because i did not draw anything for it to interact with and become infected or have something to happen to it. If i had finished my ELISA project then my Lego person would have walked and tried to jump over a ball that was bouncing to him and he would have tripped over it and would have fallen and broken his leg or arm.

http://star10-11.wikispaces.com/file/view/TransLab1-PNegrete.swf
this animation is about cell transformation and how it makes cells glow under a UV light

prototype

In the blog post, describe:
  • the navigation will work with 1 play 1 fast forward and 1 rewind button at the bottom of the animation stage
  • the animation will work by the micro-pipette tip moving around the agar plate spreading bacteria around to form bacterial colonies
  • i used rounded off corners and having all my navigation, text, and animation separated by margins inside of the rounded of rectangle
the navigation on this will work in buttons and they will be located on the bottom right corner at all times. this animation will have a link so see the whole animation and not just this picture. i used simple graphics and detailed description in my text and the buttons placement that will not change
